Contributed User Talks

We encourage current OLCF users to submit proposals for presentations in this year’s meeting that highlight innovative research and breakthroughs achieved through the use of OLCF resources.
The deadline to submit your presentation proposal is Friday, June 27th. Selected presenters will be notified by Friday, July 11th.

Contributed User Talk Submission Guidelines

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be an existing user of OLCF compute systems
  • Work presented must utilize OLCF resources
  • Collaborative submissions allowed (lead presenter must be an OLCF user)

Proposal Submission Requirements

Presentation Title

  • Concise and descriptive (max 15 words)

Abstract/Summary (Max 250 words)

  • Research objectives and background
  • Methods and OLCF systems used
  • Key results and findings
  • Broader impact and relevance to HPC

Technical Requirements

  • List any special AV or technical needs

Presentation Format

Duration: 15-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
Format: Oral presentation with slides (PowerPoint or PDF)
Timing: Presenters must adhere to allocated time slots

Note: Late submissions will not be considered

Review & Selection Process

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

  • Relevance to OLCF-supported research
  • Scientific/technical contribution
  • Clarity and completeness of the abstract

Acceptance Notification: Friday, July 11th

Presenter Responsibilities

  • Confirm participation by July 18th, 2025
  • Submit final slides by July, 25th, 2025
  • Participate in Q&A during assigned session
