Summary: PyFR is a Python based Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) solver that offers high-order accuracy in space, and can run on a range of hardware platforms via an innovative run-time code generation approach. In this talk I will describe the algorithms and implementation concepts underpinning PyFR, and discuss performance for a range of test cases, up to and including petascale simulations. PyFR is freely available under a 3-Clause BSD license (www.pyfr.org).
