Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), will be releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a vendor research and development program to start in the 2024 timeframe.
On Nov 9th 2023, ORNL posted a draft technical scope for the New Frontiers contract. Draft contents are posted below.
