Swen is a member of the R&D Staff in the Computer Science and Mathematics Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Swen’s research is focused on runtime environments, tools and programming models for HPC environment. He has worked on monitoring large clusters using on-line data reduction techniques, simulating next generation HPC systems and fault tolerance using replication techniques.
