Background

Pam comes from a background in Administrative and Legal supporting roles, where she has been engaged with a variety of research, projects, and proposals within the Energy and Environmental Industry. Her background includes her role as the Corporate Governance Officer responsible for housing and managing legal entities documentation, corporate books, resolutions, business transfers and support to General Counsel, Intellectual Property, and Contract and Risk Management. Pam is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist and has more than 25 years’ experience in supportive and office management roles to include special events, grant writing and public relations.

Pam studied Business Administration at Roane State Community College with a concentration in Business Management. She has specialized studies through Blackbaud University in South Carolina with a focus on Fundraising Management and Procedures. She is currently a Certified Notary for the state of Tennessee and Connecticut.
