Junqi Yin is a research staff member in Advanced Data and Workflows group of National Center for Computational Science at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computational Physics and M.S. in Statistics from the University of Georgia, and B.S. in Physics and Computer Science from Zhejiang University. His research interests range from material phase transitions, statistical sampling algorithms especially Monte Carlo sampling to large-scale data analytics. He has been working with domain scientists to scale their applications and workflows on HPC platforms.
