Josh serves as a Information Technology Project Manager within the NCCS Operations Section.

Josh began his journey at ORNL as a science writer intern for OLCF in 2017and rejoins the NCCS family after serving as a program manager within ORNL’s National Security Sciences Directorate. Josh received his Master of Science in Communication and Information from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, a Master of Science in Global Security from Arizona State University, and is currently completing his PhD in Information Systems and Communication through Robert Morris University. In his role at NCCS he supports the Quantum Computing User Program (QCUP) and serves as a Protected Data Project Manager for NCCS projects that have components of protected data.
