Jason Kincl is the Group Leader of the Platforms group in the National Center for Computational Sciences at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The Platforms group supports the OLCF Kubernetes service called Slate which provides a platform-as-a-service supporting both user and staff projects to run stateful services such as scientific workflows, databases, and data portals in NCCS. Jason helped create the Platforms team in 2017 and prior to that lead the Infrastructure team. Prior to ORNL, Jason worked at Louisiana State University in the HPC group on the Infrastructure and Storage team.
