Background

Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility (OLCF) is dedicated to high impact, grand challenge scale problems. As we move towards integrated research ecosystems, managing data will become larger and more complex. I am interested in working with stakeholders in solving the curatorial problems posed by the volume, velocity, veracity and value of big data. My work goes beyond curation and includes metadata management, data management planning, ontologies and establishing repository best practices. I am interested in automation and creating machine actionable metadata.
