NOMINATIONS FOR OLCF USER GROUP EXECUTIVE BOARD
Nominate yourself to run for the OLCF User Group Executive Board. If elected, you will serve on a 10-person board who provide advice and feedback to the OLCF on the current and future state of OLCF operations and services. The term of service for the successful candidates is three years. Elections will be held electronically during the user meeting. Nomination will take place through May 4th. To run, fill out the form.

REMOVAL OF OLD VERSIONS OF SOFTWARE ON TITAN (FEB 27)
Old versions of numerous software packages on Titan will be removed on Tuesday, February 27. A list of the packages/versions to be removed is available on the (OLCF Software News page). We encourage you to check this page to make sure a version you require is not among the versions being removed. If you need to continue using any version that is scheduled for removal, contact help@olcf.ornl.gov.

WEEKLY UPDATES NOW ON OLCF WEBSITE
OLCF Weekly Update messages are now being posted on the OLCF website as well as being sent via email. The announcements are available under the ‘Center Updates’ section of the home page (under the “Announcements & Events” heading) or via the top menu by navigating to “For Users” and then “Center Announcements”. We will continue to send the Weekly Update via email but are happy to provide the information in an additional format for our users.

MEETINGS & WORKSHOPS

OLCF USER CONFERENCE CALL (FEB 28)
The February OLCF User Conference Call will be held at noon (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, February 28. The call will include an overview of using jsrun on Summit. Details of the call, including information on how to join, can be found on the meeting event page. Please note that this meeting is expected to last 1 hour instead of our normal time of 30 minutes.

2018 OLCF USER MEETING (MAY 15-17, 2018)
Registrations are now being accepted for the 2018 OLCF User Meeting, which will be held at Oak Ridge National Laboratory on May 15-17, 2018. For more information on the meeting or to register, please visit https://www.olcf.ornl.gov/calendar/2018-olcf-user-meeting/.
