2020 OLCF User Survey is Now Available
The 2020 OLCF User Survey is now open. The survey is being conducted for OLCF by the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE). Open Cognitive Environment (Open CE) Now Available
The Open Cognitive Environment (Open CE) is now available on Summit via the open-ce
modulefile. Open CE replaces the IBM Watson Machine Learning CE and provides newer versions of ML/DL packages including TensorFlow and PyTorch. For more information, please see: https://docs.olcf.ornl.gov/software/analytics/ibm-wml-ce.html.

October OLCF User Conference Call (Today)
NOTE: This call is being held on today rather than the final Wednesday of the month.
The October OLCF User Conference Call will be held today at noon (Eastern Time). The call will include a discussion of CUDA 11 features. Details of the call, including information on how to join, can be found on the call’s event page.
First International Symposium on Checkpointing for Supercomputing (Feb 4-5, 2021)
NERSC will host the First International Symposium on Checkpointing for Supercomputing (SuperCheck 21) on February 4-5, 2021. The symposium will bring together checkpoing/restart (C/R) researchers, practitioners, application developers, and end users to share both the latest research results and experiences on adopting C/R tools in production with goals of showcasing the latest research on C/R, motivating the development of usable C/R tools, and boosting the adoption of C/R tools in HPC production workloads.
