User Assistance Center Schedule
The User Assistance Center will be closed on Monday, January 18 due to an ORNL-observed holiday. The ORNL Computer Operations Staff will remain available for limited troubleshooting 24 hours a day.
Andes Is Available; Rhea Will Be Decommissioned
As a reminder, Andes, our new data analysis cluster, is now available for use. Andes has 704 nodes with 2 AMD EPYC 7302 16-core processors and 256 GB of memory along with the 9 nodes from the older rhea-gpu partition. Andes can be accessed at andes.olcf.ornl.gov and a user guide is available at https://docs.olcf.ornl.gov/systems/andes_user_guide.html.
With the availability of Andes, our previous data analysis system, Rhea, will be decommissioned on January 15, 2021. Although Rhea remains available until then, we encourage you to move your work to Andes immediately.
