MEETINGS & WORKSHOPS

JANUARY OLCF USER CONFERENCE CALL (JAN 30)
Thanks for joining us for the January OLCF User Conference Call, which included an overview of GPUDirect, CUDA-Aware MPI, and CUDA IPC by Stephen Abbott of NVIDIA. The slides from the call have been uploaded to the event page and a link to call video will be placed there when the video is available.

SUMMIT TRAINING WORKSHOP (FEB 11-13)
On February 11-13, 2019, the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility (OLCF) will host a Summit Training Workshop on-site at ORNL. This event is meant to help new Summit users (or those intending to use Summit) get up and running on the system. Each day will consist of presentations in the morning followed by hands-on sessions in the afternoons. The presentations are meant to deliver relevant information about the system, while the hands-on sessions are intended to help participants get their own codes running on Summit. OLCF staff and our vendor partners will be available to help during the hands-on sessions. If you would like more information, or to register, please visit the event page.

KOKKOS USER GROUP MEETING (APR 23-24)
The Kokkos project will hold its first User Group meeting April 23-24, 2019 at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM. This will include user reports from applications using various parts of the Kokkos frameworks, as well as discussions about upcoming features and project roadmaps. Both current and prospective users of Kokkos are encouraged to attend in order to learn how others are using Kokkos, get their questions answered by the development team, and to provide feedback for prioritizing upcoming work on the Kokkos project.

For more information and registration, visit the Kokkos User Meeting page.
